BRUMATION

Brumation is a celebration of solitude through the medium of movement, the film portrays a person navigating a big city alone – engaging with different spaces across the urban landscape of Paris.

Shot against the uncharacteristic quiet of Paris on a cold day in January 2022, the film explores the concept of brumation – and the static state associated with hibernation – translating the apathy and lack of motivation that accompanied attempts to reconnect in a surreal time of change.
